Order Processing:
From the time your toll-free or online credit card order has been accepted, Party King® Grills will, under normal operating procedure, process and ship your product order within 5 business days. Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Payment by personal check is also authorized but will delay product shipment until check has cleared. You will be notified promptly
if any item is on backorder. Toll-free number for Party King® Grills is: 877-788-KING (5464).
Shipping:
All shipping charges for Party King® products ordered either online or via our toll-free number are in addition to the suggested retail prices detailed in this website. Please note that all product and accessory orders must be shipped to physical street addresses (no P.O. boxes) within the continental USA. Shipments will typically be made via a standard ground carrier. Please allow
2-to-3-weeks for standard ground delivery.
Calculating Shipping & Handling Expense:
Shipping & handling costs for Party King® products are based on flat-rate charges calculated on the weight and size of the item(s) being shipped. Click here for shipping rates.
Returns Policy:
Party King® Grills, LLC will only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging, with a valid receipt or order number within 120 days of the original purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Warranty Policy:
Your purchase of every Party King® grill and accessory item is protected from manufacturer’s defects and shipping damage by a 1-year limited warranty.
