Party King® Grills, LLC is a privately-held, limited liability company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Weatherford, Oklahoma. The current ownership and management team is comprised of: Chuck Frantz, VP Operations & Product Development; Ron Shotts, VP
Customer Relations; Derick Stephens, Sr. VP Design Engineering; and Bob Callaway, Director Sales & Marketing.
For well over a decade, Chuck Frantz, current head of product development for Party King® Grills, LLC, has been a leader in the design of new swing-out carrier and portable grill
systems for vehicular applications.

Chuck held a U.S. patent on his unique hitch-mounted, swing-out /fold-up carrier technology.
In 2006, the new Party King® Grills management team was formed and a business plan was established that called for the market introduction of an entire family of new portable, swing-out, propane grills that started back in calendar year 2007. These new products are being marketed under the Party King® brand, featuring models such as the SWING’N SMOKE™ MVP Grill. One key goal of the company is to offer its consumers the maximum value for their investments in Party King® products. To that end, affordable, value-added grill packages such as the MVP-9200 and MVP-8600 ensure that Party King® customers will receive more features, capability, versatility and durability for their money than with any other tailgate grill manufacturer.
Party King® Grills and Accessories will be targeted primarily at the fast-growing tailgate party markets, including collegiate and professional sports, along with racing and the more traditional outdoor markets such as camping, RVing, fishing and hunting. According to studies conducted by the American Tailgaters Association (ATA), an estimated 50-million people in the USA will participate in tailgate party events during 2008. Through close support and strong association with ATA, Party King® Grills, LLC plans to become the leading marketer of portable, hitch-mounted, swing-out, tailgate party grills. To achieve that level of success, the company will supply its markets with an incredibly dependable line of top-quality products, all at extremely affordable prices and backed by superb customer service. |
